Optimised drying systems
STENTZ has developed a range of dryers as part of its SE range, which perfectly dry your bottles, including the bodies, bottoms and corks.
For the most part, our dryers are used on wet bottles after the washing or pasteurisation phase.
Each machine is equipped with nozzles that can be easily adjusted in accordance with the type of bottles. These nozzles are powered by turbines, whose number depends on the line’s output.
Depending on the line speed, bottles are rotated using either a fixed belt or a double conveyor system.
The STENTZ teams are accustomed to overcoming challenges with drying bottles on a daily basis, and have also developed a solution to condensation-related issues: ADAPTSECH.
Our teams are at your disposal to determine whether ADAPTSECH is the right solution for you, and assess how it can be adapted to your existing facilities.
Without doubt, there is a STENTZ dryer that will provide you with the drying quality to meet your requirements and prepare the bottles for perfect labelling.
As with all our machines, STENTZ’s bottle drying systems incorporate state-of-the-art technology, while being extremely reliable with very low operating costs.
Drying systems made in France
Whether for our single-unit dryers or the ADAPTSECH system, all our drying machines are developed, manufactured and assembled in our own workshops in Alsace. We are therefore able to handle all specific customisation requests in order to develop a viable drying solution.
Considerable focus is given to standardisation from the design stage of our drying systems, to limit the number of components to be managed. As a result of this work, we can control our production costs and reduce the number of wearing parts and consumables kept in stock.
Like our customers, we are committed to preserving resources and protecting the environment in our daily work. Our development team is continuously improving our drying machines with the aim of reducing their energy consumption, by any means possible.
For this reason, the hot air expelled by the nozzles is heated via air compression without the need for electrical resistors.
Similarly, our turbines can be equipped with variable speed drives that adapt the flow rate to the bottle size, thus avoiding any excess consumption of electricity.
Feel free to contact our experts and discuss your drying requirements with them so that you can find the best solution together.
