High-performance, eco-friendly drying process
Certain requirements apply to the bottling of spirits compared to the bottling of other alcohols, such as the need to wrap bottles in tissue paper before casing. In other words, the drying system must offer total control!
Our dryers are perfectly designed to meet this type of need, with meticulous handling of each bottle. Used primarily before the labelling stage, they work by blowing hot air through nozzles. This technology, based on air compression rather than electrical resistors, highlights our commitment to the environment.
For specific requirements, such as the production of certain spirits, our dryers can be fitted with a specific system that blows air onto the bottom of bottles.
STENTZ dryers are equipped with a state-of-the-art management system. In the event of an unexpected stoppage, the turbines will partially shutdown for efficient and rapid resumption of production, thereby minimising interruptions.
Energy efficiency is central to our design process. Our dryers can be fitted with variable speed turbines, reducing energy consumption whilst maintaining optimal performance.
For spirit bottling lines operating at output speeds of over 3,000 bottles per hour, our dryers include PLCs with 10-inch touchscreens. We use Siemens or Schneider PLCs depending on our customers’ requirements.
Finally, connectivity and remote maintenance are key features of our equipment. STENTZ dryers are equipped with routers for easy integration into your wired network or for wireless connection via WiFi or 4G.
