Drying of vials upon exit from the line
Before developing each new vial dryer, we conduct a feasibility study and a detailed analysis of your requirements and constraints: shape and material of the vials, degree of fragility, screen printing, integration into the line, installation, compatibility with the IT system, etc.
The vials used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry are often quite small in size and above all very light (just a few dozen grams). This low weight can pose a real challenge for our drying machine designers!
Particular focus must be given to adapting the airflow and turbine speed to ensure careful handling of the vials, which are often very light, without knocking them off balance.
Vial dryers with an output speed of over 3,000 vials per hour are always equipped with PLCs and 10” touchscreens (Siemens or Schneider, according to the customer’s needs).

All of our vial dryers are designed and assembled in our workshops in Alsace. All the manufacturing and assembly processes are carried out in-house, including machining and automation.
Whether in terms of design or production, this complete process control gives us the essential flexibility to precisely meet all types of requirements, and even highly-complex specifications.
We also oversee on-site installation, integration into the existing production line and commissioning of equipment, which is either carried out directly by our technicians or via our partners.
Finally, we keep inventory of wearing parts and common consumables to ensure we can supply components in accordance with our customers’ requirements.
