Washing of full bottles
Following a long period of storage, or after the riddling and disgorging process, bottles are left in a condition that requires thorough cleaning.
This is particularly true after the disgorging process when bottles become soiled with wine and sediment. Storing them in this condition is therefore out of the question.
STENTZ has developed a complete range of washers offering the perfect solution to this situation. The output speeds of these machines range from 2,000 to 22,000 bottles per hour.

A range of washers made in France
All our washers are entirely designed, manufactured and assembled at our workshops in Alsace. We have mastered the entire range of processes and trades, including machining and automation.

Using standardised parts in our different machines remains a priority for our design office to keep manufacturing costs low and reduce the number of wearing parts and consumables that need to be stored.
At the same time, our development team is also focused on reducing the energy and water consumption of our machines. As a result of this work, all our washers can be equipped with a water recycling tank. It is used during both bottle washing and automatic cleaning of the machine at the end of the cycle. Our data shows that using our recycling tank reduces the water consumption of our washers by almost tenfold.
