Thorough washing and drying of each jar/can

A detailed feasibility analysis must be carried out for each new machine. For example, we need to know what type of residue is present on your jars (often after the sterilisation process). We also need samples of the jars or cans that you use, as well as information on the working environment (humidity levels, etc.). All integration constraints relating to your existing line and your IT system, as well as any installation restrictions, must also be taken into account.

This stage is essential to determine the washing and drying solution best suited to your needs, whilst avoiding costly oversizing, resulting in higher energy and investment costs.

Efficient and very economical in use, STENTZ washers are designed to use the same brushes for all types of cans or jars, thanks to an automatic adjustment system (adjustment via the starwheel, with the jars being “pushed” into contact with the brushes).

Efficient and eco-friendly drying process

We know how important it is that your jars/cans are perfectly clean and dry, particularly when labelling involves several labels. Our STENTZ experts will advise you on the best choice of brushes (shape, type of fibres, etc.) and drying systems to guarantee flawless results.

Our dryers, designed to be used just before the labelling process, dry the jars from top to bottom using nozzles which blow out hot air generated through air compression. This eco-friendly method reduces energy consumption and helps protect the environment. Our dryers are equipped with a smart turbine power management system to minimise production stoppages and optimise energy efficiency.

For output speeds of over 3,000 jars/cans per hour, our dryers are equipped with PLCs and touchscreens. We can integrate either Siemens or Schneider PLCs according to your specifications.

Quality commitment and after-sales service

All our equipment is entirely designed and assembled in our workshops in Alsace, and tested before dispatch. We expertly manage all the manufacturing stages in-house, including automation and machining work.

As a result of this in-depth expertise, we have extensive customisation capabilities.

The same applies to the installation, integration and adjustment of our machines on site, which is completely taken care of by our company, either by deploying our own technicians or via our network of local installers.

We keep common wearing parts and consumables in stock, which are available for rapid dispatch (24/48h). Our standardisation policy, applied from the design stage of our machines, limits the number of parts that need to be stored and guarantees an unfailingly responsive service.

If modifications are required, we provide a list of parts to be kept in stock and we can also keep these parts in reserve.
