Output rate ranging from 800 to 22,000 bottles per hour

We currently have the most comprehensive range on the market, with extremely competitive operating costs, capable of meeting all needs related to the washing and drying of full bottles, whether for independent wine producers, major champagne houses, or pharmaceutical laboratory production sites.

For example, our LSB range meets the needs of wine growers working at an output speed of between 800 and 3,000 bottles per hour. These machines can be mounted on wheels for easier movement. These washer-dryers operate autonomously or can be integrated into an existing line.

At the other end of the range, you’ll find our LVS washer-dryers, which are highly customisable with an output speed ranging from 3,000 to 12,000 bottles per hour. Obviously, these machines need to be integrated into the bottling line. They are aimed at large producers and wine or champagne merchants in particular. These machines can also be used as a basis for developing more customised machines for the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.

We market a top-of-the-line range designed for large producers, merchants and cooperative wineries, with an output speed of up to 22,000 bottles per hour.

Machines with a comprehensive range of standard equipment

Our first range of washer-dryers (LSB range) already comes equipped as standard with all the components required to make them highly efficient machines:

  • Brushes for the body, bottom and cork can be adapted according to the level of soiling of your bottles
  • Drying nozzles powered by turbines that can be adapted to your output rate to ensure perfect drying at any speed
  • Fixed rotation belt that constantly rotates bottles during drying to guarantee perfect drying of the bottle body
  • Optional water recycling tank (reduces water consumption by almost tenfold)

The STENTZ washer-dryers from the LVS range are the most technically advanced machines, offering a level of customisation to meet the most complex requirements:

  • Use of a multi-format starwheel which can change from one type of bottle to another in just a few minutes without the need for dismantling
  • Use of special brushes to handle high levels of soiling (very dirty wire cages, etc.)
  • Variable speed drives to adjust the rotation speed of brushes
  • Easily adjustable drying nozzles
  • Variable speed drives to adjust blowing power
  • Use of a selection screw to motorise the bottle drive at the washer inlet
  • Addition of a water recycling tank (closed-circuit use) for the bottle washing function and the automatic machine cleaning function at the end of the cycle

State-of-the-art washer-dryers with very low operating costs

STENTZ washer-dryers are entirely designed and manufactured in our own workshops, based in France (in Alsace). Our design office will help you to precisely define your requirements in order to determine the best possible washing-drying solution, with the most efficient and perfectly-sized system.

We apply all our extensive in-house skills to adapt our machines to meet highly specific requirements.

We also focus on improving other less “visible” aspects to provide our customers with even more added-value.

For example, our designers carry out extensive work on the standardisation of parts, in order to minimise the number of products used in our machines:

  • We control our production costs and sales prices
  • We optimise the number of spare parts and consumables kept in stock, thus providing a highly responsive service (dispatch in 24/48h)

Similarly, our designers constantly strive to optimise the operating performance of our machines, as well as their energy and water consumption. A water recycling tank, which operates in a closed circuit for low output speeds or a semi-closed circuit for high output speeds is available on all our washer-dryers. It is used in the water circuit of the bottle washing system and in the circuit for automatic washing of the machine at the end of each cycle. This system alone can reduce water consumption by almost fourfold.
